TRX is a type of suspension equipment that uses your own body weight to work 90% of your muscles 90% of the time, thereby, giving you the best possible combination of strength and aerobic workout.

The TRX works through integrated and three dimensional movement patterns, the way the body works every minute of every day.

Using vectors (changes of angle relative to gravity) and pendulum principles the TRX can be made very easy or incredibly challenging.  It is completely adaptable to every situation.
