Success Story – Jeff

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAMeet Jeff: he was relatively healthy and active but bored with his workout and unmotivated! One on one, hour long sessions were not in the realm of possibilities either for scheduling or for financial means.  But Victory Fitness offers monthly plans that include weekly updates and live face to face “chats” to monitor and maintain focus.   I’m going to let Jeff take over from here and tell you about his personal victory:

“I’m so glad I’ve started working with Deborah at VicFit.  I’m a military member and have been for the past 15 years.  In all my time there I’ve struggled with an unhealthy weight and average fitness.  I tried all sorts of exercise routines, fad diets, and so called miracle supplements to make me healthier.  Some of them worked for a while, but never stuck, and I never really achieved a level of fitness I was happy with.  Then I met Deborah.  She taught me how certain foods cause certain reactions within my body.  She also showed me how you really don’t have to burn yourself out with hours of exercise to get a strong, healthy body.  While working with her as my trainer, I have been able to double my scores on my annual fitness test and for the first time in my 15 year career, passed with an “Excellent” rating.  Working with Deborah with our weekly coaching sessions, my own personal training routine, and a specific eating plan has provided the results I’ve been seeking for more than 15 years.  Thanks Deborah!”OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
